Hey party people!
All this week, I showed you some really simple DIY Halloween Costumes (check out Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays). Now, it’s your turn! I asked you to send me pictures of your DIY Halloween Costumes & you did…and, boy, are you guys creative.
Love all these DIY Halloween Costumes from Michawne Clark!
Top Left: Owl & Harry Potter; Top Right: Jawwa & Gnome; Bottom Left: Knight & Werewolf; Bottom Right: Poseidon & Trucker
From Top Left to Right:
Legend of Zelda Link | Whitney Barnett
Baby Potato Head | Tonya Upton
Statue of Liberty & Mummy | Cyndi Roberts Tanner
Princess Lolly (from Candyland) & Candyland Playing Cards | Suzanne Lattimer
Shark Costume | Meredith Vance
Isn’t that awesome? Can’t believe she made this…with no pattern, too.
Tiffany & Co Box | Kathy Greco
Cereal Killer | Debi Breland
Super Hero from Smallville | Erica Black
Pirate & his Parrot | Beth Wilkins
Great Idea: Beth got some clothes from the thrift store & tea-stained them. The “parrot” costume is made primarily of a feather boa.
Zombie Baby Doll | Angie Garrison
Snow White | Christia
Isn’t she adorable?
Mary Poppins | Kristen Ramsey from It Comes Full Circle
I love this costume and you will love Kristen’s blog, It Comes Full Circle! She’s super creative. Check it out.
L-R: Cinderella | Angie Cash
Publishers Clearinghouse Winner | Cathy Privett
Laura Ingles from Little House on the Prairie | Kelly Borman
Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing | Jen & Pete Schottleutner
Can you believe the creativity?? Thank you so much to everyone that shared their costumes. You guys are seriously so awesome.
Hope you have a great weekend!
p.s. This is YOUR official invite to the party… join in on the Parties for Pennies Facebook page, Twitter, and Pinterest!
So great, Heidi! Love all the features, especially that cute parrot! Thanks for the mention and link! 🙂
You are so welcome! Thanks so much for contributing the Mary Poppins costume! I love it. Always loved Mary Poppins…who wouldn’t love a woman that gives kids a spoonful of sugar?? ;p <3 Heidi
These are such cute Halloween costume ideas
Aren’t Parties for Pennies readers so creative?! Thanks so much, Charmaine! <3 Heidi
My daughter plans to dress her infant daughter as a pile of leaves. DIY using a brown onesie and dark bottoms with artificial leaves sown to it. My daughter loves fall. Maybe even add leaves to a cap too. Covered from head to toe. Hope to get pix soon.
Such a great idea Susan!! Love it. <3 Heidi
LOVE! 🙂
Thank You! <3 Heidi
