Hey party peeps!
Thanks so much for hangin out with me this whole week. I’m sure you’re so tired of seeing purple hydrangeas. I actually had a dream about them! Weird. ;p
Let’s recap real fast, shall we?
My beautiful sister Meg…(blond on left)
…is getting married this April (yay!) & asked me to come up with some options for her wedding centerpieces. This was her list…
I came up with 6 options here, here, here, here and here. In order to make your final opinion, click here to see the reception hall where it’ll be held. It’s called Oakhurst Farm and scroll down to the “hall.”
I wanted you to be able to see all the options with the $$ beside them so you could make a budget-minded decision. ;p
What do you think? Which one should Meg choose? Is there anything you’d alter or add? Thank you so much for all your great input over the past week! You guys have some awesome ideas!
I’ll give Meg some time to think about it then let you know her final choice.
Hope you have a fun-filled fall weekend!
Party on!

Heidi. Awesome job on all the center pieces. I must say my favorite is the cut lime center piece. Elegant, simple. Good luck! Which ever you and Meg chose will be perfect!

Thanks Martha!!! I really appreciate it! <3 Heidi Rew

I think I would choose the wooden crate. I like that it would not obstruct views across the table and it is just beautiful. ๐ I think the candlestick is also gorgeous but I would be afraid of it hindering conversation if you have a small table. If the tables are large, then it wouldn’t matter. So I guess small table, wooden crate. Large table, candlestick. ๐ You really did a beautiful job on all of them.

Thanks Amanda! I hate when I can’t see people across the table! Really appreciate your ideas! <3 Heidi Rew

I love #1 with gladiolas & limes and I think it’s #2 square glass vase with hydrangeas and limes. I like the idea of mixing it up a bit and feel these 2 would compliment each other. If it is an evening wedding candle light would add just an extra touch.
Great work Heidi Rew;)

Rustic Elegance…The most fitting for me has to be the glass bottle centerpiece. If she decides to use the Q I think it would be the prettiest without the added lace and flowers on the letter. I would not add the lime candles, but I like simple ๐ Great Job on all of the centerpieces!

Thanks Marcy! I really appreciate your input! I’m passing this along to my sister! <3 Heidi Rew

All of them are beautiful but the one that stands out the most is the cut lime arrangement. It’s compact but elegant and simple. Also like the box with hyd.

Thanks Laurie! I think you picked Meg’s favorites! I think we’re going to end up doing several different centerpieces for the tables. ๐ Can’t wait to show you guys how it all comes together! <3 Heidi Rew

Lovely centerpieces! I was thinking of making the wood crate for our wedding in June, just wondering where you found the CD crates? I have not had much luck tracking them down, any advice would be appreciated ๐ thank you!
Heidi Rew says
Congratulations Katie! That’s so exciting! I got the wood crates from JoAnns fabric. I’ve seen them at Michael’s too but I found the best price at JoAnn’s. I waited until they were on sale or I had a coupon so they were super cheap. Hope this helps! Let me know if you need anything else! <3 Heidi
