Hey party people!
Are you prepping your sparklers? Setting out the bubbly? Sifting through the confetti?
If you’re getting ready to get your New Years Eve party on, check out this really easy and inexpensive decoration.
Here’s what you need to get started:
All you need is a paper lantern (the one I used was 9 inches), tinsel garland (I got mine from an after Christmas sale for 50% off) and a glue gun.
Start by gluing one end of the garland to the top of the lantern.
Continue gluing the garland around the lantern. I added glue to every seam, as I went around.
Add a silver one to the mix and your New Years Eve party decor is complete!
It only took me about 5 minutes and less than $5 to make.
Hope you have a wonderful New Years Eve! I’ll be back this week with a recap of my parties from 2012.
Until then…
