Hey party peeps!
I’m not much of a football fan, but the “BIG GAME DAY” PARTIES? That I can cheer on! (I may be a BIG football fan this year, actually. Our Atlanta Falcons are in the playoffs!!)
If you’re planning a big to-do or a small gathering, hopefully these menu ideas can help:
Instead of having to wash dishes, why not make a big pot of chili and serve it in bread bowls?
Click on the link above to see a delicious looking chili recipe from Taste of Home.
Bread bowls can get a little pricey. You can make your own, but if you’re short on time, check out these:
If you didn’t want to whip these up from scratch, I love the Jiffy cornbread mix (inexpensive and easy).
Since we’re goin with the whole “no dirty dishes” theme, why not go with a dessert served ala bowl style as well?
Is your mouth watering?
You could make some delicious dessert serving bowls or just buy the waffle cone bowls & let guests make their own sundae. Superbowl Sundae 🙂
If you’re looking for more game day inspiration, check out my Buffalo Wing Sandwich or Homemade Koozies.
Hope your favorite team wins but either way…
