Hey party people!
I’m getting ready for a fun little dinner party at our house this Friday night & it’s all about feathers!
I wanted to create a fun & festive wreath for the front door to welcome my guests. This is one of the easiest wreaths around…no craftiness required.
But you will need…
One Way Novelties really does have the best deal on feather boas I’ve seen.
Undo the wire hanger & form a wire circle. Wrap the feather boa around the wire circle. You may want to reinforce it by hot gluing a portion of the boa to the wire every few inches. You could also use pieces of floral or craft wire to do the same thing. Once my feather boas was wrapped all the way around the wreath, I tied the ends together and tucked the excess into the wrapped portions.
I decided to add a couple more touches to mine. I added a pretty black bird at the top & a sparkly Happy Halloween sign in the middle. I attached the bird with craft wire & the sign with hot glue.
This is the perfect amount of glitz to my Halloween welcome sign.
Do you decorate your front porch for Halloween? Do you get a lot of trick or treaters? We don’t get a ton but for the few we do get, I like to decorate at least a little.
Besides a huge variety of colored feather boas, One Way Novelties has a great selection of party items…and they are all incredibly priced!

For some odd reason, I’m really digging that light up wig! I think I dig anything that lights up. My inner child comes out. 🙂
