Hey party people!
I’m always looking for party supply companies that offer great looking items at affordable prices. That isn’t very easy to find. That’s why I was blown away when I found out about Kate Aspen!
Kate Aspen not only has beautiful party supplies, but they offer personalization, which really adds a special touch.
What did your Easter look like growing up? Or now, with your own children?
Growing up, we would usually head to a local park after church with all of our friends for one big Easter egg hunt. We did a potluck type picnic and the “dads” would scout out the best egg hiding places.
You can plan your own Easter Party at a local park and it doesn’t have to consist of an old wooden picnic table and quilt tablecloth. Check out how I used Kate Aspen products to create a festive and beautiful Easter Party.
This pretty “Happy Easter” banner is the perfect accessory to greet your guests.
I added a little bit of charm to regular clear balloons by tying a pink bow to the bottom of each. Make sure to get larger balloons if you want to replicate it. The smaller balloons are too light to hold the weight of the bow.
These Kate Aspen mason jar drinking glasses are so cute and convenient, especially for an outdoor party. They prevent spills and bugs from creeping in…not to mention they are adorable. Have your guests write their name on the straw flags to keep everyone’s drink straight.
I was able to personalize my drinking glasses with these labels that read, “Happy Easter.”
That pink scale has got to be one of my favorite party finds. I found it at a thrift store and have been dying to use it.
The tag I added to the lemonade was actually one of the Kate Aspen water bottle labels. I just cut it and added two hole punches.
The tricky part about hosting a party outside is the food. Bugs are party animals and they always think there is an open invitation.
To keep the bugs at bay and give the guests an easy way to enjoy a lite bite, I used the Kate Aspen clear cupcake boxes to create a snack pack. I put a little bit of hummus in a small plastic cup, added some celery sticks, carrot sticks, and pita chips.
I ordered extra labels that said “Happy Easter” and added a little bow to finish off my snack packs.
I also used the cupcake boxes for my favors. The boxes held Kate Aspen bird nests, some paper shreds, and chocolate eggs. My extra “Happy Easter” labels came in handy for these, too.
Kate Aspen water bottle labels took plain water bottles and turned them into beautiful decor.
I positioned some extra straws near the water bottles in this cute blue glass tea light holder. Besides candles, you can use it to hold things like straws or as a flower vase.
Besides getting amazing products from Kate Aspen, here are a few more tips to help you throw a beautiful and budget-friendly Easter party –
– Think outside a table for your set-up. My bar cart was light and easy to transport in my car and it created a fun stage for the entire party. Don’t have a bar cart? Use a small bookshelf, desk, or even sawhorse.
– Wrapping paper is your best friend. My bar cart is darker wood and it just wasn’t allowing everything to mesh together. I had some extra tissue paper wrapping paper that I lined it with and it added the perfect pop of color. Wrapping paper can be used as a table runner, backdrop, or even wrapping vases. It’s an inexpensive way to add pizazz to your party.
– Think “Easy Set-up.” When you’re planning your party, think about what is the easiest thing to put together ahead of time so set-up is easy. I made all my snack packs up ahead of time, had the mason jar glasses ready to go, and the flowers arranged. More than likely you’ll be carrying a lot of items, so make it easy on yourself and ease the stress of outside set-up by putting together as much beforehand as possible.
Here are the Kate Aspen items I used for my party.
